Your day begins at El Nacional where you’ll meet your guide. From there, it’s off on foot to the Mercado de Mariscos and Mercado San Felipe Neri — two vibrant markets where local chefs shop daily. You’ll handpick the fresh ingredients that will later become your lunch.

From Market Bags to Mixing Bowls

Back at the restaurant, the real fun begins. Inside their cozy kitchen studio, you’ll prepare a four-course Panamanian meal using traditional spices, fresh seafood, and local staples. Expect dishes like:
