Why This Page Exists

Panama currently lacks a true Convention and Visitors Bureau. A government-subsidized group, Promtur Panama, exists, but it is a very new organization with minimal experience serving the needs of sophisticated meeting planners.

That’s where I come in.

I created this page to help bridge the gap. With over 40 years in hospitality— from convention centers to luxury hotels to citywide events— I speak your language. I understand your needs. And I can help you connect with the right people and services to bring your meeting or incentive program to life in Panama.

I am not an employee of Promtur Panama or any CVB. I am an independent, seasoned hospitality professional who:

  • Understands how to translate a planner’s needs to a destination’s providers
  • Understands the internal processes, expectations, and service delivery benchmarks required by corporate, association, and incentive clients
  • Can communicate fluently with both sides, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation
