Why This Page Exists

Panama currently lacks a true Convention and Visitors Bureau. A government-subsidized group, Promtur Panama, exists, but it is a very new organization with minimal experience serving the needs of sophisticated meeting planners. In essence, it is not like the Panama Convention and Visitors Bureau you might expect in other destinations. That’s where I come in — I’m here to help and support planners directly, while also working with local organizations to fill that gap and make sure your programs succeed seamlessly in Panama.

I created this page to help bridge the gap. With over 40 years in hospitality— from convention centers to luxury hotels to citywide events— I speak your language. I understand your needs. And I can help you connect with the right people and services to bring your meeting or incentive program to life in Panama.

I am not an employee of Promtur Panama or any CVB. I am an independent, seasoned hospitality professional who has lived in Casco Viejo, Panama since the start:

• I Understand the internal processes, expectations, and service delivery benchmarks required by corporate, association, and incentive clients
• I Can communicate fluently with both sides, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation
